ABOUT ME: My name is Alicia. I am the one and only soul that will be posting on this blog regularly. I'm a 27 (soon to be 28) year old woman who's married to my best friend, and probably the most handsome man alive: Austin. Together we own our own home, we have 2 precious dogs: Luke and Lacee, and we are just simply living the dream. I'm breaking into the world of photography, and I plan on kick starting my own business in the next couple of months!
RANDOM FACTS:
- I constantly fidget. If you're around me more than 10-15 minutes and I'm not busy working with my hands...you'll see me touch my thumb to my wedding rings at least 2x in a 30 minute period. I guess I'm afraid they're going to up and leave me. Who knows.
- I.LOVE.TO.BAKE. If I could adopt a grandma...I would adopt Paula Deen. I love that woman and her love of butter! In my kitchen around the holidays you'll hear the constant whir of the kitchen aid mixer and see a nice cloud of powdered sugar dust. :)
- I have a serious weakness for the following: mascara, sexy heels, my husband when he sings to me, ranch dressing (I ain't lyin' here folks), and currently Diet A&W.
- One of my best friends and I have an acronym that sort of encapsulates our entire friendship. It grows letter by letter all the time. Right now it's at 16 letters long: "bffsswprmfgwsbbb" and we have a keyword that we constantly use. SANS! I love you Cassie!!!!!!
- I like to pretend I'm cool and I drink often, but since the new year has started I've had maybe 2 alcoholic drinks...I'm boring like that.
- The Harry Potter book series is my all time favorite set of books. I have read them a million times, and I'll probably read them a million times more. Potter Head for LIFE!
- I am a firm believer in equality. I cannot stand people who think that they have to right to determine what choices someone else makes in their own life.
- DVR was the best thing invented. I'm a TV junkie.
- Guilty Pleasure: Jersey Shore. I looooove Snooki and Pauly D.
- Another guilty pleasure: The Twilight Saga - the BOOKS. The movies are meh. However Taylor Lautner is pretty smokin' for a kid. :)
- I love craft blogs. I love trying new crafty things. If I had my way in life I would work from home (doing photography of course) and be crafty and have babies...
